The sewer won't stop at the Wetlands

Here is a map of where this sewer could go. More and more sub-divisions will occur as easy access to a sewerline will enable them.
The Sewer will head east along Newtown to Weston. North up 33 to Wilton and south on 33 in Westport.
The red line is where the sewer could extend
Most of the area is one acre zoning, but a huge number of properties are 2-3 acres in size or more, ripe for subdividing with the use of the sewer.
